New Dominion Properties was formed in May of  2008 by H. Lee Phillips III and

Mary Helen Secrest Treece in Indian Trail NC, a suburb of Charlotte NC, to acquire residential and commercial properties at discounted prices.

 

The principles listed above share 38 years of combined knowledge in the real estate and banking industry.  Recognizing the opportunity to acquire Bank Owned Properties (REO’s) at a tremendous discounted price, both principles are engaging investors that are interested in forming partnerships for the sole purpose of building a Real Estate portfolio that has potentials at 35 plus percent returns over the next 5 years.

 

 

We are currently purchasing courthouse foreclosures, bulk foreclosed homes from banks, and rental properties.
